Jennifer

Owner, Master Stylist, CMCA

In 1995 I opened the JR Burke Salon and since then have had the pleasure of meeting a lot of really wonderful people and watching the salon grow. I am a Certified Master Color Artist, CMCA, across many color lines and have a particularly strong interest in Organic Color and Organic Products. I am continually researching more environmentally safe and effective products to work with. I have been a color educator servicing the greater New England area, teaching salon owners and their staff cutting and coloring techniques. I am a Hair Color Academy Graduate and I specialize in all aspects of hair coloring. 

Samantha

Manager, Stylist, CMCA 

I have been in the industry since 2006 when I began my career at JR Burke Salon. I enjoy cutting inverted bobs and styles with lots of texture, short or long. I am also a Certified Master Color Artist, CMCA, and Hair Color Academy graduate. I love helping people feel better about how they look.  

Kerry

Stylist, CMCA

I began my career in 2001 on Newbury Street where I received extensive training in Vidal Sassoon and Toni & Guy cutting techniques. I later became certified in Deva Curl cutting which is a curly hair specialty cutting technique. I am certified in Goldwell, Loreal, and Redkin Color Lines. I hold certifications in Cuppola and Brazilian Blowout smoothing systems. My attention to detail lends me to enjoy working with bob and textured styles, and curly and thick hair. I joined the JR Burke Salon in 2018. 

Jessica

Stylist, CMCA

I began my career in the beauty industry in 2013 and joined the JR Burke Salon in 2018. I am certified in J. Beverly Hills, L’oreal, and Goldwell color lines. I have studied under Guy Tang and Robert Cromean. A few of my favorite services are blonding fashion colors, and textured haircuts. I am a very outgoing, upbeat, yet professional stylist who enjoys making people of all ages feel confident in themselves.

Mackenzie

Stylist, CMCA, Makeup Artist

I began my career in the beauty industry in 2016 and joined the JR Burke Salon in 2019. Upon graduation, I began working in the field right away and further continued my education in the following intensive courses - The Hair Stylist Academy, Master Cutting, and Coloring, Makeup Techniques. Some of my favorite services are clipper cutting, fashion-toned color services, and makeup application.

Janet

Stylist, CMCA

I began my career in the beauty industry in 1999 and joined the JR Burke Salon in 2024. I  trained with Bumble and Bumble and this is when my love for razor cutting and edgy haircuts evolved. I am certified in Goldwell, L'oreal and Wella color lines. I specialize in dimensional hair color techniques and blonding services. I also really enjoy blow dry styling and Keratin Smoothing treatments.  As a curly girl myself, I also embrace natural textures and one’s own beauty.

Paula A.

Stylist, Electrolysis, Esthetician

I began my career in the beauty industry in 1992 and have been at the JR Burke Salon since 1996. I enjoy cutting both men's and women's styles and specialize in perming and waxing. I am also a Licensed Electrologist.
