We will text and email you reminders prior to your appointment unless you have instructed us otherwise. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment that you provide a 48-hour notice. If a cancellation occurs within the 48-hour window, a 50% service fee could apply if we are unable to rebook the service time in part or in full. If you are sick, any cancellation fee will be waived.
